This engagement is delivered in two phases.
Phase 1: Operational Deep Dive Review
Duration: 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the business
How this is delivered: Onsite for 5 days (travel cost will apply) and then the rest of the time online
Phase 1 is a detailed operational review of how the business is currently functioning across leadership, finance, workforce, compliance and systems. The purpose is to identify what is working, where performance is being lost and what needs to change first.
